What is MO-HOme's buying philosophy?

Like Besmo all products sourced for the MO-HOme collection have been sourced responsibly and in compliance with our responsible business guidelines. Our key objective is to buy products which fall under the 'oriental chic' umbrella and definitively stand out from the crowd. This usually means working with small producers and artisans, using natural materials and commissioning or designing product that sits on the cusp of commercial viability and good design.

MO-HOme buys nothing in China.

How to find us?
By Road: If you are coming from the M1 or the A406, head towards the Hangar Lane Roundabout. Once there take the exit marked towards Central London leading on to the Western Avenue. If you are coming on the A40 (London bound) then simply go under the Hangar Lane underpass to reach the Western Avenue. Once on the Western Avenue immediately get into your left hand lane. Go past the BP petrol station & take the slip road immediately in front of P&S motors. This slip road takes you Westbound on the Western Avenue. Always stay in your left lane. As soon as you go through the lights and back on yourself take the first and immediate exit off the Western Avenue. This slip road is marked Concord Road Industrial Estate and it is also has the entrance for B&Q and Staples. You will see a Renault garage ahead of you. After the Renaualt garage take an immediate left on to Concord Road. Follow the road down. You go past Parcel Force on your right. At the end of this road is Westwood Park Trading Estate. Enter the estate and you will see our units to the left on the estate.

If you are coming from Central London simply take the Western Avenue/A40 heading towards Acton/White City/Oxford. After you go past the Carphone Warehouse HQ on your right handside get into your left hand lane. Stay in this lane and and get off at the Concord Road Industrial Estate slip road (same slip road for B&Q, Staples & The Renault Garage). Follow this slip road to the end and go left onto Concord Road next to the Renault Garage. Follow this road down to Westwood Park Trading Estate.  If you see the Acton Cinemas on your left you have just missed the Concord Road exit. Then take the Hangar Lane exit and follow directions at the top.

By Tube: Nearest Tube stations are Park Royal, Hangar Lane and West Acton. Please call for directions from these Tube Stations. Park Royal is a ten minute walk away. Hangar Lane is a 15 minute walk.

What are MO-HOme's opening hours?
Our administrative offices are open Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. The cash & carry show-room is open 9.00 to 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday. Thursday is a late night opening until 8pm. On Satuday and Sunday the cash & carry is open from 9.30am to 12.30pm. We are closed on public holidays.

Where can I get a MO-HOme brochure & price list?
You can download our brochure & price list once you have registered on-line. Simply click on the 'PDF Brochure' link on the home page and it will download automatically. The file size for the MO-HOme brochure is around 3mb and this should take around 5-10 minutes to download with an ADSL connection. A hard copy is also available which we are happy to post to you if you are retailer.

How to Pay for Your Goods?
By credit card using Visa or MasterCard on this secure on-line facility. Cards are only charged when goods are picked and despatched.

By Cheque in advance making these payable to Besmo Products Ltd or by Bank Transfer. Please call us for our Bank details.

To open a credit account it is advisable that you fax or email us your letter headed paper showing clearly all your trading details and your legal status; our accounts department will do the rest.  An account opening form can also be downloaded from the 'marketing support & pdf downloads' section of our website.

 If you are in a rush for your goods it is advisable you pay by credit card and clearly advise our sales team your deadline to receive the goods.

Prop Hire
Our products have featured in a wide variety of Hollywood and BFI releases. These include Sahara, Alexander, Troy, Batman Returns and many more. How does our cash & carry work?
Our cash & carry is managed by Hugo Russell Ltd. It is a simple trolley based cash & carry with most products openly displayed & priced. There are many lines in our cash & carry which are not catalogued in our brochure. If you are Besmo credit customer you will still need to register with Hugo Russell upon your first visit. This takes a few minutres and will entitle you to a trade card which will allow you to buy products across both Hugo Russell and the entire Besmo collection on display. Some 2000 plus stock lines. Once regisered you simply put what you like in your trolley and pay at the tills. Please note that the minimum cash & carry buy for first timers is £200 + VAT (thereafter £100 + VAT). Payment is by cheque or cash only.

Press
Our products feature regularly across a range of publications. If you are a member of the press and would like to enquire about our collection we would be happy to help. We have a high resolution image library of all our products and alongside this would also be happy to provide samples for photo shoots.

What is MO-HOme's returns policy?
Firstly, please ensure that you always inspect the pallet/cartons you sign for and count them off against the consignment note. If the cartons look damaged or any are missing - you must annotate this on the carrier paperwork. Always sign the goods as UNCHECKED. Next, you must unpack the goods on receipt and notify us of any damages within 48 hours by phone and then in writing within 4 working days. We will then make a decision as to whether we will replace the goods or issue a credit note/refund. To faciliate our decision we may also ask you for images of the damaged products and we may also arrange a collection of the damaged items. In every case we will do our best to resolve the matter right away. As we use third party carriers please help us to ensure that we are able to take transit damages up effectively with these companies and our insurers.
